What Flowpony holds, why, who helps process it, and how to take it back.

What we collect

We collect what we need to run Flowpony: your email address, the PDF forms you upload, the online forms you make from them, the answers your customers send, and your plan.

Your customers' answers belong to you. We keep them so you and the teammates you choose can read them.

Who processes your data

Hosting, AI processing, and email providers process data only to provide Flowpony. AI processing reads your PDF so Flowpony can suggest its questions. Email support@flowpony.com to ask which providers we use.

Your choices

You can download your customers' answers at any time. To correct or delete your data, or to delete your account and everything in it, email support@flowpony.com.
